刘明帅，男，河南偃师人，1980年9月生，汉族。现为中国硬笔书法家协会会员，中国书法艺术研究院郑州辅导中心主讲教师，河南省妇女儿童活动中心硬笔书法<personname productid="班" wst="on"></personname>班<personname></personname>老师。艺术上主张中西合璧、雅俗共赏。作品曾获“回归杯”全国书画印文大奖赛金奖、“希望杯”第八届全国师生书画印大奖赛一等奖、“杨幺杯”中国书法艺术大赛三等奖等奖项，作品入选《人民艺术家》、《中国书画艺术博览》、《新世纪书画艺术家精品大观》、《当代翰墨艺术家真迹博览》、《中国硬笔书法家全集》、《二十世纪中国硬笔书法精品荟萃》等大型艺术典籍。辅导的学生多次在全国书法大赛中获奖，由于教学成绩突出，先后被河南省书法家协会、河南省新华书店、河南美术出版社、《青少年书法》月刊、《中国校园书画报》社、《钢笔书法报》社、中国当代师生书画家协会等单位评为“优秀园丁”、“优秀辅导老师”。
另有诗歌、散文、评论见于《大河报》、《河南工人报》、《作文评点报》、《中国钢笔书法》、《钢笔书法报》、《东方书画报》、《九州书画报》、《赤壁文学》、《青少年日记》、《郑州人民广播电台》等报刊、电台。
