<div class="quote"><p><font face="黑体" color="#ff0000" size="6">                怎么办？</font></p><p><font color="#0000ff">                                                      ■郑可春</font></p><p><font color="#0000ff">  硬笔书坛表面看上去进入理性和相对宁静的状态。实际上则是群龙无首，关键没有精神上的领袖人物，也没有官方的认可，还是处于民间的“自娱自乐”。基于二十年的发展，硬笔毕竟有了些基础，因而人们也不大甘心硬笔就这么完完了。于是，一批人在苦撑着，一些报纸杂志也在苦撑着，但如今的社会现实和市场经济的背景下，没有经济实力哪能做成事啊。于是就出现了很多不和谐的声音，比如报纸杂志的质量，栏目的形成过程；大赛的举办和评选；作品集的印制和标价；培训班的举办；等等。<br/>面对这样的情况，怎么办？ <br/>于是人们在呐喊——<br/>  硬笔书法网站的建立，比如中国硬比书法在线、中国硬笔论坛、硬笔书法天地网、中国书法家园论坛、中国书法广场论坛等。它们既少有两大功能：传播硬笔书法艺术和监督硬笔书法各种活动的运作。前者让年轻的硬笔书法艺术走向全世界，后者起监督保障作用，这种监督和保障大多来自书法网友的言论和论坛激烈的讨论以及网站的及时暴光，使得一些该“收敛”的能收敛一点，这一点非常重要，它反映了群众的心声，同时也是硬笔书法事业健康发展的需要。但是，有一点令人担忧，这些网站基本是个人投资建立的，到目前为止基本无经济收入，属于公益性的网站，随着时间的推移和经济的不断投入，这些网站到底能维持都久呢？<br/>  硬笔传统煤体的继续经营。有老的和新的。老的中钢杂志还在摇旗呐喊，新的中硬杂志更是迎头赶上焕然一新，但随着读者的眼光和要求不断提高，他们的旗帜到底能打多久呢？尤其是需要银子办刊的情况下。曾经让人跳跃的绿天硬笔杂志已杳无声息，怎么办？<br/>  硬笔书法的创作面貌也令人堪忧。令人激动的有艺术想象的作品实在是太少了，好多还在传统复制中难以找到自身的身影和自己需要表达的什么；好多不在书法本体上下功夫而是在包装上下功夫，弄得不伦不类的；还有的在写今人的（尤其是大赛评委的作品）呢！……这其实都是大赛指挥棒惹的祸啊。面对这样的创作状况，怎么办？<br/>硬比书法理论更是“有一天没一天的”。尽管已举办了多次全国硬笔书法理论研讨会，可真正的硬笔书法理论文章到底有几篇？没有理论的指导，实践能走多远呢？一方面与人们轻视理论的心理有关，也与硬笔书法的本体有关，也于硬笔书法所生存的环境有关啊。<br/>……<br/>  如此情景值得每一位硬笔书人的深思。网站的建立需要经济和精力投入，能否找到一个好的模式来共管和发展网站，比如找到广告商家、几个人共同投资、多个技术人员共同管理等等。传统煤体的发展，也应该把眼光向外面的世界看，不要老是想着硬笔作者自家人的钱，形成良性循环才行，这才是长远的眼光和策略吆。既于创作，当以在创统的基础上有所创新，不要跟着大赛的评介尺度走，表达自己的思想感情和艺术的感悟，这样硬笔书法才能成其为艺术，人家才会瞧得起噢，生命力也就强矣。硬笔理论也要保驾护航，除了作者的责任心外，还需要下大工夫来着手，挖掘硬笔本身的东西，提升理论深度，形成自己的体系。也可形成一个科研团体来公关才行，人多力量大啊。可怎样形成，这些都是我们值得深思和研究的课题。</font></p><p><font color="#0000ff">                                                 2005年8月8日12：00于文墨轩<br/></font></p></div><p>    <font color="#ff0000">此文刊发于中钢杂志</font></p><p></p>
