应征《书法80后》斑竹段振祥、男，字文成，号穷人，寂戏斋主人。1981年6月出生于安徽临泉。大专学历，受教于汉上名家金伯兴。现为中国硬笔书法协会会员、中国书法艺术研究院艺术委员会会员、2004年结业于中国书协书法培训中心研修班。现为书法导报论坛版主     作品曾获：     第二届中国青少年书法美术大赛二等奖(中央宣传部、中国书协) 墨彩杯全国青少儿书画作品大赛青年组金奖(中央电视台书画院、青少中心，中国文联国内联络部) 首届中国少字数大赛优秀奖(湖南省书协) 获庆祝建军75周年全国书画大赛书法优秀奖（国家文化部、江西省文化厅、中国书法艺术研究院）     第七届文华杯硬笔书法大赛行草书优秀奖    入展首届鄱阳湖杯全国书法大赛      入围     西泠印社首届国际艺术节—西泠印社首届书法大展(西泠印社) 入编     《中国当代书画新作博览》、《中国书画人才辞典》     发表     《书法导报》(实力派)、《中国钢笔书法》、《青少年书法报》、《书法世界》、《书画艺术》等报刊杂志。     俺想申请80年代后版主。     第一、首先应该遵守本网站的各种管理制度。第二、俺有充足的时间上网(一个星期10个小时绝对没问题) 第三、多向友邻网站和朋友宣传论坛并着重介绍本版。俺的朋友不少，多为书法好友，他们也有书法圈的朋友。我想壮大我们论坛指日可待。     第四、俺有过版主这方面的经验，轻车熟路嘛。不地我们论坛是硬笔书法论坛，这一点我会着重介绍并加以宣传的。     第五、我身为80年代人，有其自身的优势，便于和网友沟通。     其它至于具体思路，我想在借鉴其他网站优点之外更主要的是个人的管理、操作、经验和能力问题。只要肯努力没有做不好的。我想我还有一点优势，就是让做版主就踏踏实实的做，若做的不好领导随时可换人，俺肯定能想的通。不过俺既然来了就没想走。
