[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=14pt]汶川大地震牵动亿万人民的心，为用实际行动支援灾区重建，协会决定编写出版《励志硬笔书法字帖》，无偿赠送给灾区学校，让灾区的孩子们树立重建家园、奋发向上的信心和决心。[/size][/font][/color]

[color=#000000][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、征稿对象以本协会会员为主体，同时也欢迎暂未入会但书法创作实力较强者参与。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
[color=#000000][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、内容要围绕“励志”这个主题。如格言、警句、对联、诗词、散文等。要求作者尽量按协会提供的统一格式书写（也可按创作需要自行设计，以十六开纸为准），书体不限，草书、篆书要求写出释文。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
[color=#000000][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、创作必须规范化，一个版面内只能用一种书体（楷、行、草、隶、篆），简、繁均可，但不可繁、简混用，不得出现错别字等。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
[color=#000000][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、征稿完成后由协会主席团及出版社有关专家评稿、审稿，最终选定约[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]150-200[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]幅作品，争取今年年底前出版发行。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
[color=#000000][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、字帖为十六开本，每位作者两个版面，署书写者名字，不付稿酬，并自愿捐献一定数额资金（[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]50[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]元以上），捐赠人及数额载入后记中。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
