[color=#000000][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]7[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]月[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]6[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]日[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=14pt]下午，湖南省硬笔书法家协会主席团（扩大）会议就加强组织建设进行了专题研究讨论。会议认为：湖南硬笔书协虽然活动有声有色，在全省乃至全国造成了好的影响，但当前还存在两个薄弱环节，一是硬笔书法的理论成果不丰，理论研讨氛围未形成；二是各市州硬笔书协组织不够建立健全、加强相互联系不够。[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][/color]

[color=#000000][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、增补邵国树为省硬笔书协副主席。依据[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]6[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]月[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]22[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]日[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=14pt]协会主席团会议蕴酿意见，今天提交主席团（扩大）的表决，全体通过增补邵国树先生为省硬笔书协副主席，着重分管硬笔书法理论研究。[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][/color]

[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=14pt]崔国强主席在提出的具体要求建议中说：一是各市州协会要报[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]10-15[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]人协会骨干名单到省协会资料库；二是市州协会至少一个季度要有一篇新闻报道；三是每个网站专栏一个星期要更新一次内容，骨干会员一个季度提交一幅书法新作，带动其他会员踊跃上作品；四是对协会工作提出意见，包括意见及可行性及操作办法，还要求有具体支持、实施的举措；五是发展市州一批会员、增补市州一批理事、常务理事。[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][/color]
